1. The service
Calobrator is a web-based calorie and nutrition tracking service operated at calobrator.com. Free accounts include manual food logging, food-database search, dashboards and streaks. The Premium subscription adds AI features: photo calorie analysis, natural-language logging, an AI nutrition coach and AI reports.
2. Not medical advice
Calorie and nutrient values — including AI photo and text estimates — are approximations and can be wrong. Calobrator is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device, and nothing in the service (including the AI coach) is medical, dietary or health advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, especially if you have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating. Calobrator is not intended for users under 13.
3. Accounts
You need a Google or email account to save data. You're responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of what you log. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. attempting to bypass usage limits or attacking the API).
4. Premium subscription
Premium costs $7.99/month or $59.99/year and renews automatically until cancelled. A 7-day free trial (no card required) is available once per account. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. AI features have disclosed daily fair-use limits; they exist to keep the service sustainable and may be adjusted with notice.
5. Cancellation & termination
You can cancel anytime on the plan page — access continues to the end of the paid period. You can delete your account in Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent, and cancels any active subscription immediately.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
