Refunds & Cancellation

1. Cancelling
Cancel anytime on the plan page. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account switches to the free plan automatically. Your data is never deleted by cancelling.
2. Refunds
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. If you subscribed by mistake or are unhappy within 7 days of a charge and have made no meaningful use of the AI features in that period, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. Later or partial-period refunds are handled case by case in line with Dodo Payments' policies and applicable consumer law.
3. Free trial
The 7-day trial requires no card and never converts into a charge by itself — when it ends you simply return to the free plan.
